Taxes and Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes or fees in some countries (e.g., India, Egypt, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. While we do not cover customs fees, we will do our best to assist you with the process.

 

Shipping Processing Time

We ship orders from our warehouses in Hong Kong and USA. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time. Large orders may require additional processing time.

From Hong Kong to U.S.: Free shipping, 5-7 business days

Special Note for Wireless Charger Orders (USA Customers)

We keep wireless chargers in stock at our USA warehouse. If you order only the wireless charger, your package will typically be shipped and delivered within 1-3 days for customers located in the United States.

Due to international shipping complexities, delivery times may vary. While we strive for accuracy, delays can occur.
