Returns & Refunds

You may return products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned item.

 

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

If you experience any manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a replacement of the same product model within 12 months from the purchase date.

Please contact us to initiate the replacement process.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, please contact us at sales@neyecam.com promptly. We will process cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item following our return policy.

2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

 

3. Include Documentation: Please include a copy of your order confirmation email with the returned package.

4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will typically be processed within 7-15 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
