Returns & Refunds
l You may return products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
l To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
l Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
l If you experience any manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a replacement of the same product model within 12 months from the purchase date.
l Please contact us to initiate the replacement process.
Order Cancellation
l You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
l To cancel, please contact us at sales@neyecam.com promptly. We will process cancellation requests within 24 hours.
l Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item following our return policy.
